CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancelled reservations will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price.
No refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival unless unit or house is re-rented for the same period at the same rate.
If a congress or festival is officially cancelled,
all amounts paid will be fully refunded or reported to the same future
convention.
LINEN
Linen rental: 35 Euros per person for the whole period of your stay. Full set includes sheets,
3 large towels, 3 small ones and a bath mat.
Optional changes on request: 35 Euros per person for a full set, 25 Euros for towels only.
CLEANING
Departure cleaning: studios 90€, one-bedroom apartments 110€, two bedrooms
135€. Villas: contractual price depending on size.
Optional maid service is available at 25€ per hour.
INTERNET
All properties have high speed Internet with WiFi.
UTILITIES
No charge for short periods as congresses and festivals.
Some charges may apply for long term rentals.
CITY LODGING TAX
Per day and per person:
5.36 Euros (4€ + 34% additional tax)
